  • Designed a multi-platform streaming solution (iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, Samsung TV, LG TV, Fire TV, Web) serving 10 PBS stations and hundreds of thousands of users. The solution included front-end apps and back-end CMS, addressing stations’ need for managing content delivery, member engagement, and branding in the post-broadcast era. 
  • Led UX/UI design for CascadePBS.org, consolidating two websites with diverse content (videos, news, podcasts, events) and branding into a unified platform for 100,000+ members. Collaborated with stakeholders and conducted audience research to develop an intuitive, accessible design that supports the organization's mission of enhanced member engagement.
  • Developed a scalable 1200+ component atomic design system supporting the Cascade PBS rebrand and member stations on the Local Public streaming platform.

  • Solved complex design challenges for the 777X and 737 Max aircraft programs, creating manufacturable and user-centered components and assemblies. Collaborated with factory workers to understand their needs and constraints, and used data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Redesigned sheet metal manufacturing flows through analyzing existing workflows, identifying pain points, and optimizing processes, resulting in $2+ million in annual savings.

  • Increased public awareness of home electrification by coordinating and leading informational sessions for hundreds of attendees. This outreach contributed to the successful passage of new building code laws in Washington State.
